Family Group trip to Egypt

Dates are currently still very flexible depending on what works best for most people for a family group trip.  Weather wise I would suggest March or April / or Autumn 2023 would also work well weather-wise. But ideally I would like to host the first trip in March/ April.( Easter break perhaps).

Ideally  3 -4 families would go on the trip as the total number at full capacity would be 12.
The sooner I can confirm your interest the better, so that all the accommodations still have availability.
The idea of the family group trip is the opportunity to meet other like-minded families, share interests and inspire eachother and potentially have a playdate for the kids too.

This trip includes a 4 nights stay at  desert oasis ( these are actually 2 different accommodations, 2 nights at each ( one is a beautiful boutique hotel in the village of Fayoum ( 3 hours car journey from Cairo). Very green, typical oasis vibes. And the second is only 20 minutes away from the first ( same owner) but it's in Wadi El Rayan nature resort at the lake and famous waterfalls. This will be a glamping style accommodation with private bathroom. Here activities such as sandboarding and Bedouin evening will be included. Extra desert safari trip can be booked at a small additional cost.

The second part of the trip will be 3 nights in Cairo . Staying at a Houseboat on the Nile or a beautiful oldstyle hotel downtown Cairo. This will depend on availability. However we are aiming for the Houseboat as this is our first choice.
This is when you will go on a trip to the pyramids and museum ( however if this is something you already did in the past we can arrange for a different tour). Things like Kayaking on the Nile, local markets etc can be arranged to your preference.
All traditional Arabic Breakfasts will be included and 4 Dinners and 1 Lunch. All local transports, tour guides and activities mentioned will be included in the price of the trip.
I would love to have you on board and show you my personal favorite parts of Egypt that are off the beaten track and absolutely magical places. Egypt can be a difficult place to visit if you don't know anyone here as you get trapped in typical tourist spots and can get harassed a lot.
